Process and reconcile customer payments (checks, wires, ACH) across multiple currencies, manage collections cases (refunds, chargebacks, payment plans), create and track Salesforce cases, resolve escalations with cross-functional teams, meet strict SLAs for customer communication, and improve payment success through trend analysis.

Motive is seeking a French Speaking Sales Development Representative to support the sales team in engaging potential customers across various industries. Responsibilities include outreach and communication with leads to drive sales opportunities.

Serve as primary billing contact: process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, manage chargebacks and terminations, support enterprise billing, run audits and reconciliations, maintain SOX documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide reporting.

Lead end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing and ABM campaigns; manage the marketing automation stack; define execution strategy and technical requirements; partner with stakeholders to track KPIs, optimize performance, and support lead lifecycle, data hygiene, and workflow automation. Maintain documentation, templates, and campaign best practices.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach. Partner with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings, uncover prospect pain points, and maintain product knowledge while meeting pipeline goals.

Review and annotate dashcam video to identify safety risks, follow annotation guidelines, deliver accurate training data to SLAs, improve annotation processes, and collaborate with R&D and Product on ML datasets and experiments. Must work rotational day/evening/overnight and weekend shifts.

Review and annotate live dashcam video for risk identification following established guidelines and SLAs. Create high-quality training datasets to support ML/AI models, improve annotation processes, run experiments with Product and R&D, and work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market fleets (50–174 trucks) across US and Canada: prospecting, demos, trials, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Drive new business logos, meet revenue quotas, perform outbound lead generation and cold calling, collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers and Customer Success, and maintain accurate forecasting.

Coordinate and manage hardware installation assignments, maintain installation documentation, liaise with sales, clients, and subcontractors, prepare pre-sales quotes/timelines, and ensure smooth transition to the Implementation Project Manager. Track schedules and deliverables to complete projects on time and to specification.
