The Senior Applications Developer will create and enhance applications for internal users, provide technical support, and integrate various systems while leading multiple projects.

Own the end-to-end bid process for InterSystems’ healthcare products, identifying tenders, qualifying opportunities, coordinating virtual bid teams, managing risks, contributing to compliant proposals, and ensuring timely commercial submissions. The role requires managing complex, high-value bids under pressure, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and delivery teams, and communicating fluently in English and German.

Lead platform engineering initiatives and provide architectural direction for internal developer platforms, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and cloud-native infrastructure. Improve software delivery through automation and AI-enabled engineering capabilities while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and pre-sales support for InterSystems products across SE Asia. Build POCs, design architectures, install and benchmark software, develop solutions, coach partners, run training and demos, and support customers during deployments and beta programs. Bridge sales and engineering to drive adoption in healthcare environments.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will gather and analyze cyber threat data, maintain security visibility, assess vulnerabilities, and support incident response efforts.

Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps features for cloud-native and on-prem database platforms. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, follow development workflows (source control, code reviews, CI/CD), write automated tests, and support security, configuration, monitoring, licensing, and upgrades across Kubernetes and traditional deployments.

Support cybersecurity assurance by collecting and coordinating operational evidence for audits and certifications (SOC2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FedRAMP). Maintain documentation, respond to customer security questionnaires, perform internal evaluations, assist risk management and remediation, participate in ISMS activities, and use AI tooling to improve processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects for enterprise customers. Manage scope, schedules, resources, governance, risks, financial performance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-sales, go-live readiness, transition to support, closure, and lessons learned. The role primarily supports healthcare interoperability and integration initiatives while also managing technical projects across other industries.

Develop and support cloud-hosted continuous integration systems, automated build and test environments, and testing tools for healthcare software. Design end-to-end, deployment, performance, security, and interoperability testing strategies; manage cloud and local infrastructure; support agile development teams; identify application issues; and create reliable, reusable automation frameworks.

Own the design, governance, and evolution of the enterprise data lake and warehouse. Responsibilities include developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models; defining source-to-target mappings; reconciling legacy CRM and operational data; establishing data quality frameworks; administering schemas, views, access controls, and performance; and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to support scalable, self-service analytics.
