Lead AI strategy and technical execution for dating recommendation systems, driving real-time personalized recommendations and Generative AI integration. Own cross-functional alignment, responsible AI, team scaling, budget, and external representation while ensuring scalable delivery, evaluation, and organizational development.

Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDKs. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to build high-quality features, debug and resolve issues, conduct code reviews, improve codebase health, and participate in agile ceremonies. The role requires 3–5 years of Android development experience, Google Play publication experience, strong software fundamentals, effective communication, and a focus on user experience and quality.
