The Enterprise Account Executive will expand business accounts in financial services, drive new business growth, and consult on complex SaaS solutions, while fostering deep relationships with clients and collaborating with sales teams.

Define the cloud security roadmap, implement security-as-code and automated controls, secure Kubernetes, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and software supply chains, and manage identity, vulnerability, and workload protection. Partner with Product Security, R&D, Cloud Engineering, and compliance stakeholders while developing a team of DevOps and DevSecOps engineers.

Design and build Gong's internal agentic framework and runtime, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, safety guardrails, SDKs/APIs, and cross-language integrations to enable production-grade AI agents at scale.

Lead Gong's global equity administration including stock options, RSUs, compliance, IPO readiness, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR.

Lead and grow Gong’s Communications Capture engineering team in Dublin. Oversee backend and frontend engineers, manage projects from conception through delivery, shape the product and technical roadmap with Product Managers, architect scalable solutions, improve infrastructure, and mentor, hire, and develop team members. The team builds online data pipelines that capture customer interactions from email, calendars, calls, texts, and conferencing systems for use across Gong’s products.

Lead and grow a Dublin-based multi-tier technical support team, manage daily escalations, support vendor operations, drive training, recruitment, KPI/SLA performance, and process improvements to deliver exceptional global customer support.

Own full sales cycle for a greenfield mid-market APAC territory: prospect, develop account plans, manage complex deals, educate executives on revenue intelligence, collaborate with SDRs and Sales Engineering to close new SaaS customers.

The Mid Market Account Executive will acquire new customers in the Financial Services sector, articulate Gong's value, and manage sales processes from lead to close.
