Lead platform engineering strategy and hands-on delivery across highly available cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, security, observability, and incident management. Establish standards for AI-assisted software development, validate AI-generated code, measure productivity and quality, and influence engineering, product, and quantitative teams. Mentor engineers and drive cross-team initiatives focused on scalability, resilience, compliance, and operational excellence.

Analyzes sports and betting data, develops and tests mathematical models for pricing and risk management, and supports sports trading decisions. Responsibilities include sourcing and cleaning large datasets, identifying trends and correlations, automating analytical processes with programming, collaborating with quants, traders, engineers, and product managers, documenting methodologies, and staying current with quantitative analysis and betting markets.

Administer and enhance Okta identity systems, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, RBAC, and Zero Trust capabilities. Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access governance using Okta Workflows, APIs, and scripting. Develop real-time pricing models, productionize automated trading strategies, monitor exposures and model performance, identify market-taking opportunities, manage forecasting and P&L reporting, and collaborate with quant, product, engineering, and compliance teams to launch new markets. Mentor junior traders and help establish trading desk processes.

Lead sportsbook acquisition strategy and optimization across the customer funnel, from awareness through day 14. Own cohort growth, customer value, incentives, personalization, experimentation, forecasting, and executive reporting. Use behavioral data, cohort analysis, predictive models, LTV, and commercial analytics to improve acquisition ROI, retention, monetization, and NGR. Collaborate with CRM, Media, Promotions, Analytics, Product, VIP, and gaming teams to develop cross-sell and ecosystem strategies across sportsbook, casino, prediction markets, and free-to-play products.
