Manage global z/OS, AIX and AS400 platform release and test processes. Plan software change requests, maintain packaging and inventory, coordinate testing and deployments, ensure compliance with SDLC/QAP/MER/ICC, build observability, monitor production, remediate incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

Design, optimize, and maintain enterprise mainframe batch scheduling using IBM Workload Scheduler and supporting tools. Integrate scheduling with z/OS WLM, implement high-availability and DR configurations, automate via REXX/JCL and modern interfaces (Zowe/REST), monitor performance, troubleshoot complex job failures, and lead modernization and mentoring efforts across global teams to ensure reliable, scalable batch operations.
