Drive enterprise software sales growth across Caribbean accounts using a land-and-expand strategy. Manage 7–10 existing customers and 5–8 prospects, acquire new logos, expand usage, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Logs Specialist drives the adoption of Dynatrace's log management solutions, acts as a subject matter expert, partners with sales, and conducts workshops while optimizing customer log management operations.

The Cloud Native Specialist will support technical discovery, execute PoCs for cloud-native solutions, and integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines while acting as a Kubernetes expert.

Lead technical engagements for major enterprise accounts: architect observability, AIOps, and security solutions; run PoVs/POCs; present to C-suite; support sales and partners; evangelize at events; and provide product feedback to improve market fit.

The Cloud Native Specialist acts as a technical expert on Kubernetes and multi-cloud strategies, leading POCs, integrating Dynatrace into CI/CD practices, and advocating for cloud-native observability solutions.
