Lead design and implementation of DigitalOcean's Managed Database (DBaaS) products, specializing in MySQL. Build scalable, resilient backend services and distributed systems on Kubernetes, develop APIs in Go, drive performance optimizations, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and act as last-line support while integrating with platform components and observability tooling.
