Collaborate with developers and product owners to design, author, and execute manual and automated functional and non-functional tests. Develop test cases and automation suites, use CI/CD tools, document defects with reproducible steps, assess release readiness, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support test strategy and product quality.

Operate and support production and non-production cloud SaaS environments, troubleshoot incidents, automate tasks with Bash/Python, maintain Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, operate containers/Kubernetes, tune observability (Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch), document runbooks, and coordinate cross-team releases and improvements.

Design, implement, test, and deploy Java-based product applications. Collaborate with business analysts and customers to clarify requirements, write unit tests and deployment scripts, perform release testing, document solutions, assist with client issues, and mentor teammates while using modern containerized development toolchains.

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend and frontend software components. Collaborate in Agile teams to build services and APIs, perform debugging and root-cause analysis, support deployments and operational incidents, and adopt modern engineering and testing practices.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements: qualify opportunities, run requirements workshops, build and present tailored demos and solution documents, respond to RFI/RFPs, support proofs of concept, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to close deals.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile. Translate business requirements into BRDs, design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, debug defects, execute unit/integration/system testing, collaborate cross-functionally, and produce technical documentation and test plans.
