Provide corporate administrative and legal support for international clients: manage corporate filings, draft and review agreements and resolutions, organize board/shareholder meetings, handle KYC/compliance and client portfolios, perform data entry and electronic filings, and maintain client relationships while ensuring timely, accurate compliance with German corporate law.

Manage multiple private equity fund accounting client relationships and lead a client service team. Review accounting records, financial statements (GAAP & OCBOA), capital calls/distributions, waterfalls, SBA compliance reporting, and partner capital accounts. Coordinate with Investor Services, supervise and train staff, improve processes, and handle client communications and internal reporting.

Provide accounting and financial reporting for a client portfolio: prepare/review balance sheets and P&Ls, maintain records, assist audits, manage financial administration, monitor cash flow and reconciliations, convert statements to Belgian GAAP, prepare tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT), and supervise junior team members while communicating with clients.

Prepare, review, scan, index, and electronically file legal documents; perform data entry; resolve customer and documentation issues; provide internal and external customer service; use multiple systems for document retrieval.

Lead delivery of fund accounting and administration for a portfolio of private equity funds. Oversee financial reporting, NAV production, audits, governance (boards/minutes), client relationships, controls/AML awareness, team leadership, fee/time oversight, and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong risk controls.
