Manages Enterprise Technology budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, renewals, headcount, contractor tracking, and leadership reporting. The role builds processes and maintains accurate views of technology spend, vendors, licensing, contracts, and staffing. The role supports month-end and quarterly close, collaborates with royalty, deal management, FP&A, and business affairs teams, resolves complex accounting issues, maintains NetSuite records, supports internal controls and SOX compliance, and contributes to systems implementations and process automation.

Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Content, Subscription, Commerce, Analytics, and Support teams, while influencing senior leaders and developing a high-performing insights team.

The Vice President, Product Counsel will lead legal strategy for Crunchyroll’s digital products and platform initiatives. Responsibilities include advising Product and Engineering teams from design through launch, addressing privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and regulatory issues, supporting international products, and guiding emerging technology decisions. The role also leads and mentors legal professionals, partners with senior leadership, and builds a practical product counseling function that supports innovation and responsible growth.

Leads Crunchyroll’s customer experience incident response program, managing analysts and responders, incident detection, escalation, resolution, governance, and post-incident reviews. Partners with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Trust & Safety, and CX Technology to improve reporting, alerting, automation, trend detection, and operational processes. Establishes ITIL-based practices, playbooks, service-level agreements, and performance metrics while translating fan-impacting issues into actionable insights and preventive improvements.
