Lead reliability, scalability, observability, automation, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security initiatives for Crunchyroll’s cloud-native data platforms. Establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and postmortems. Operate Kubernetes and GCP environments, implement Infrastructure as Code, optimize capacity and performance, and drive vulnerability remediation, penetration-testing support, and cloud platform security.

Own day-to-day LATAM content curation across streaming screens, collections, homepage features, and promotional placements. Use audience and performance data to optimize discovery, engagement, and retention; execute launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, editorial tests, and flywheel programs. Collaborate with marketing, product, programming, analytics, technical, and regional teams while maintaining high editorial quality, improving publishing workflows, and guiding junior team members.

Develop and optimize Crunchyroll Android applications across mobile, Android TV, Fire TV, and automotive platforms. Own feature development, improve performance and reliability, address technical debt, maintain code quality, participate in code reviews and technical planning, and support on-call operations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Program Management, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable streaming experiences for millions of users.

Coordinate and execute cross-functional go-to-market programs, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage workstreams, timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, campaign requests, launch readiness, QA, calendars, documentation, and status communications. Partner with Product, Creative, Marketing, Data Science, PR, Ecommerce, Media, and regional teams. Support performance reporting and presentations across global markets.

Owns Crunchyroll’s Marketing strategic sourcing strategy across agencies, paid media, creative production, events, influencer, PR, and regional marketing. Leads complex RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, governance, preferred-supplier planning, rate cards, SOW standards, performance reviews, and commercial playbooks. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to reduce supplier fragmentation, improve purchasing discipline, manage risk, and increase commercial value without slowing campaign execution.

Owns technology sourcing strategy across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, developer tools, security, hardware, software, and technology services. Leads sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, contract reviews, renewal planning, supplier governance, spend analysis, and cost optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Accounts Payable to improve purchasing controls, contract coverage, supplier performance, and service continuity.

Partners with senior leaders and employees on HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, engagement, change management, and employee relations. Collaborates with global HR centers of excellence, uses people data to guide decisions, leads complex organizational initiatives, coaches leaders, manages sensitive matters, and drives enterprise People program adoption while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Serves as a strategic People Business Partner for global Technology teams and executive leaders. Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, transformation, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy. Leads enterprise-wide initiatives, provides workforce insights, mentors People Business Partners, establishes best practices, and improves organizational effectiveness across a highly matrixed organization.
