Manage CrowdStrike’s Professional Services subcontractor ecosystem, including partner evaluation, onboarding, enablement, contracts, delivery standards, performance metrics, service offerings, documentation, and staffing support. The role oversees partner operations, capacity, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and services catalog management while collaborating cross-functionally and applying AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Lead backend engineering for CrowdStrike’s Cloud Detection Engine, designing and scaling resilient services that process internet-scale data streams and support real-time threat detection. Build cloud-based distributed systems, data pipelines, detection logic, and platform capabilities across Falcon products. Collaborate across teams, improve architecture and performance, mentor engineers, and own systems from design through production using modern engineering practices and AI-enabled workflows.

Drives sales and customer adoption of CrowdStrike’s AI Detection and Response offerings for GenAI and agentic applications. Partners with sales, engineering, marketing, product, and services teams; advises security, development, and AI architecture stakeholders; supports technical evaluations and post-sales implementation; develops pipeline and outreach campaigns; trains internal teams; provides product feedback; and presents complex security concepts to executive and technical audiences. Travel may reach 50%, with modified hours for global accounts.

Provides administrative and operational support to three VP-level Engineering leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reconciliation, event and program planning, status tracking, cross-functional follow-up, and confidential information handling. The role requires hybrid onsite work in Sunnyvale or Redmond, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows.

Assesses customer Falcon environments, identifies security-standard misalignment, recommends remediation, and communicates directly with customers.
