Build pipeline, exceed quotas, manage MEDPICC qualification, and lead consultative, value-based engagements with technical and executive stakeholders. Develop proposals, business cases, ROI analyses, and commercial structures for complex deals. Partner with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners to drive new logos, upsell, cross-sell, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.

Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, guiding onboarding, value realization, product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Monitor usage and health scores, proactively mitigate risks, and partner with Renewal, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Translate customer insights into product and go-to-market improvements while optimizing customer programs and workflows at scale. The role requires technical communication skills, familiarity with Contentful APIs and data tools, strong organization, and approximately 10% annual travel.
