Manage end-to-end relationships with Coinbase's highest-value customers, resolve complex escalations cross-functionally, drive onboarding and product adoption, mentor junior Concierge agents, surface customer feedback to improve processes, and provide on-call support including weekends.

Develop and own communications strategy for high-stakes legislative and regulatory initiatives; translate complex legal and policy matters into clear narratives; lead earned media and rapid-response; manage digital communications across X and social platforms; drive advocacy to influence policymakers and public opinion; build Tier 1 journalist relationships and maintain Coinbase's brand authority.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines to support CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights. Create dashboards and metrics, enforce data quality and governance, automate recurring workflows, and partner with stakeholders and broader data teams to deliver self-serve analytics solutions.

Lead a multidisciplinary product creative team to define and maintain Coinbase's in-app visual identity. Own creative direction for product launches, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, evolve design language and systems, and hire and mentor visual, motion, and illustration designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact consumer product experiences.

Lead QA reviews of transaction monitoring investigations, run calibration and training, perform root cause analysis, produce dashboards and metrics, partner with compliance and operations on remediation, and present findings to senior stakeholders to improve AML/CFT processes and investigator quality.

Build software at Coinbase while responsibly using and integrating generative AI copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean). Continuously learn evolving tools, apply human-in-the-loop practices, and deliver business-ready outputs that improve efficiency, cost, and quality. Participate in quarterly in-person working sessions as part of a remote-first culture.

Own diligence and underwriting for institutional counterparties, recommend internal credit ratings and risk-based limits, monitor portfolio exposures, analyze asset volatility/liquidity for limit-setting, negotiate industry documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client or product issues.

Serve as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, managing the People leadership operating cadence, leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, crafting executive communications, resolving issues proactively, and representing CHRO priorities across the organization.
