Lead end-to-end IT and security audits across cloud infrastructure, application security, IAM, vendor risk, and blockchain products. Plan and execute fieldwork, produce evidence-based reports for senior leaders and the Audit Committee, mentor junior auditors, validate remediation, and partner with Engineering and Security to improve controls while maintaining audit independence.

Serve as second-in-command for Coinbase Derivatives' Market Regulation Department, leading day-to-day regulatory compliance, managing exams and audits, advising on CFTC Core Principles, reviewing surveillance escalations and enforcement actions, and coordinating cross-functional regulatory workstreams to ensure the DCM meets obligations and resolves findings timely.

Lead a team of product managers to define and execute finance transformation and automation across accounting, treasury, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Drive roadmap, stakeholder alignment with finance and engineering leadership, ensure SOX-compliant change management, and identify AI-driven opportunities for scalable finance infrastructure.

Lead product vision and multi-year roadmap for Coinbases Compliance Automation platform. Manage PMs to deliver AI/ML-powered sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based workflows. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science to scale automation, reduce manual effort and cost, maintain regulatory compliance, and integrate emerging AI technologies.

Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for Coinbase's highest-value customers, owning complex relationships end-to-end. Resolve escalated issues cross-functionally, drive onboarding and product adoption, mentor junior Concierge agents, surface customer feedback to improve processes, and act as primary escalation for incidents and recovery strategies.

Design and scale agentic multi-agent systems that connect LLMs to internal APIs and tooling. Build production Python microservices, implement RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering, and develop evaluation pipelines for LLM agents. Integrate vector databases and MCP, collaborate with product and conversation design, and ensure responsible, compliant AI-powered customer support experiences at scale.
