Lead HR operations for the greater Winnipeg market across five dealerships: manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee recognition, culture and engagement, health & safety (accident reporting, inspections, JHSC), and ensure compliance with Manitoba labour and WCB regulations.

Provide clerical and office-management support including scanning and processing vendor invoices, answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, planning events and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, arranging travel, assisting managers, and serving as cashier backup.

Partner with hiring managers and HR field teams to manage regional, high-volume full-cycle recruiting. Source and screen candidates, build pipelines with trade schools and colleges, track recruiting metrics, use ATS and job boards, and support staffing for acquisitions and new dealerships to ensure timely, quality hires.

Enter and process accounts payable vouchers, expense reports, and payments; reconcile vendor statements; maintain vendor files; prepare weekly check runs and manual checks; file and scan AP documents; correspond with vendors; ensure month-end schedules and compliance with company policies.

Manage heavy- and medium-duty truck inventory and delivery logistics, process warranty paperwork and purchase orders, maintain sales listings and quote files, prepare deals for accounting, coordinate with customers, management, body companies and other departments, move trucks on lot, attend training, follow safety and company policies, and perform other assigned administrative duties.

Support dealership finance and insurance operations: process credit applications, sell/administer F&I products, manage titles/MSOs, handle accounting tasks, maintain reports, and liaise with finance/insurance partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Process and log credit applications, assist with financing of commercial vehicles, warranties, and insurance; manage contract funding and titling; update CRM, follow up with customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
