The ServiceNow Developer designs and implements configurations and workflows on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Responsibilities include managing technical requirements, conducting code reviews, and providing training and support.

Design, develop, configure, and support Rimini Street's ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM). Translate business requirements into technical solutions, build workflows/scripts, administer modules and integrations, support UAT and deployments, maintain platform health, ensure data integrity and security, and provide end-user support and training.

Lead SAP FICO QA activities: design test strategies and cases, execute functional/integration/regression/UAT, validate configurations and integrations (FI with MM/SD/CO), track and close defects, support localization compliance (GST, e-invoicing), maintain QA artifacts, mentor juniors, and drive automation-first testing practices.

Define and execute enterprise strategy for data, analytics, AI, automation, and innovation. Build data governance, architecture, engineering, BI, and AI adoption (including Generative and Agentic AI). Identify high-value use cases, scale emerging technologies, partner with IT functions, lead high-performing teams, advise executives and board-level stakeholders, and ensure security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI compliance.

Lead design and delivery of customized SAP solutions, drive technical architecture and integration strategy, produce technical documentation, oversee project implementation, mitigate risks, and mentor BASIS, ABAP, and integration teams while providing thought leadership on functional strategy and solution roadmaps.

Provide remote and hybrid technical-functional support for SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance (New GL, AR, AP, AA). Troubleshoot complex customer issues, perform ABAP debugging and fixes, develop break-fix solutions and scripts, manage key accounts, support customizations, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and 24x7 support processes. Work with integrated, highly configured environments and collaborate in virtual teams.

Sell Rimini Street enterprise software and services in Japan. Build and manage a sales pipeline, drive deals through the full sales cycle, meet/exceed quotas, use Salesforce CRM, collaborate with internal teams, present strategic solutions to prospects, and travel 25–35% as needed.
