Lead and improve People Operations end-to-end: onboarding, changes, leaves, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Provide Salesforce platform support for global users: manage tickets, break/fix, testing, reports/dashboards, data manipulation, configuration (objects, fields, flows, security), user adoption, and collaborate with teams to deliver declarative solutions.

Provide front-line post-sales technical support for Scale Computing customers: answer calls and tickets, troubleshoot hyper-converged clusters, gather logs, escalate to Tier 2, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
