Designs, deploys, and manages Microsoft Azure infrastructure for customer-facing SaaS applications. Leads customer onboarding, provisioning, networking, security configuration, cost and performance optimization, documentation, and Tier 3 cloud support. Oversee complex SaaS, API, cloud, and enterprise system integrations, including AI-enabled automation initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional programs across global teams, manage budgets and ROI, support commercial reviews, and provide executive reporting. Mentor project managers, drive process adoption, and improve delivery through data, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Supports product backlog management, Agile Scrum ceremonies, customer research, requirements gathering, user story development, and cross-functional software delivery. Reviews product metrics, clarifies tickets, coordinates releases and translations, maintains iterations, and creates SOPs and knowledge base content. Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, designers, QA teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused product improvements.

Own the end-to-end data architecture for multi-tenant enterprise SaaS and analytics products. Lead Azure SQL, Databricks, data lake, warehouse, BI, lifecycle management, ERP/SAP integration, observability, schema evolution, and data SLO initiatives. Manage DBA and database engineering standards, reliability, performance, HA/DR, and incident response while mentoring data engineers and partnering with product, projects, and BI teams.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer, market, competitive, and industry research for agriculture and animal protein software products. Translate findings into actionable insights, personas, reports, visualizations, business cases, and roadmap recommendations. Partner with product, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to validate prototypes, assess usability, understand adoption barriers, and support product-market fit. Maintain a centralized repository of customer and market intelligence.

Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, integration, stress, and volume testing. Design and document test cases, audit results, identify and track defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams on resolution. The role requires participation in Agile/Scrum processes, familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps, and potential contribution to AI-driven test automation initiatives.

Design and execute automated tests, develop AI-driven agents for test automation, audit test results and scripts, conduct performance/load/stress testing, track defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure software quality, reliability, and scalability in an Agile environment.

Manage software implementation projects from planning through delivery, including scope, timelines, requirements, testing, risk mitigation, documentation, client training, and stakeholder communication. Lead discovery workshops, configure solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure implementations meet business needs. The role also mentors junior staff, supports knowledge sharing, and requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.
