The role requires collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success, accurate Salesforce forecasting, consultative solution selling, and achieving sales targets. Native-level Finnish and fluent English are mandatory, with travel within Finland and occasional Nordic travel.

Own the global RFx response lifecycle, including qualification, compliance analysis, drafting, coordination, review, submission, and post-decision analysis. Use AI tools to develop accurate and persuasive responses while governing reusable content and approval processes. Coordinate Sales, Product, Security, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders across time zones. Track performance, support public-sector and regulated-industry bids, and continuously improve proposal processes, content, and reporting.

Designs, builds, publishes, and maintains responsive WordPress pages and website assets. Creates templates, landing pages, banners, and localized content while applying brand, accessibility, performance, and SEO standards. Uses WP Engine staging environments to test and deploy updates, troubleshoots layout issues, quality-checks pages across browsers and devices, and collaborates with SEO, Product Marketing, content, localization, and development teams.

Support M-Files sales teams and Nordic customers through technical presales, solution consulting, proof-of-concept management, product demonstrations, requirements gathering, integration planning, and technical objection handling. The role translates technical capabilities into business value, collaborates with sales and internal teams, and helps advance opportunities, close deals, and expand existing accounts.

Drive new business sales for M-Files in Norway or Denmark by prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, qualifying prospects, conducting software demonstrations, developing proposals, negotiating complex sales cycles, and closing customer accounts. The role requires customer-facing B2B technology sales experience, solution-selling ability, Scandinavian-language fluency, English fluency, and occasional Nordic travel.
