An 8-month rotational Technical Sales track that trains new graduates to build and manage customer relationships, identify and qualify projects, manage leads and commercial aspects, forecast revenue, and complete a 4-week global headquarters experience. Rotations include Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.

Provide application engineering support for RF/mmWave products: collaborate on product definition and launches, design EVMs and socket boards, perform RF lab measurements and electromagnetic simulations, troubleshoot returned silicon, and support customers through characterization to production ramp.

Define and develop embedded platform software and documentation by gathering customer and industry requirements, decomposing them into technical specifications, defining architecture, coordinating with sales, product management, and partners, and ensuring automotive industry standards and security compliance.

Drive yield and quality improvements in a 300mm analog semiconductor fab by implementing inspection recipes, managing excursion control, performing lot and equipment dispositions, analyzing data, and leading process or equipment problem resolution to increase yield, efficiency, and product quality.

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare presentations and reports, oversee sensitive communications and special projects, lead other administrative staff, organize meetings and events, and proactively anticipate executive needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead customer-facing power system definition and technical validation for PMICs. Provide bench-top silicon debug, validation, competitive analysis, BOM/market assessment, cross-organizational project leadership, and mentor engineers.

Lead and manage an analog/mixed-signal IC design function focused on low-power, high-precision circuits for sensing applications. Oversee R&D project evaluation and reporting, collaborate on process, packaging and test solutions, and mentor and develop engineering personnel.

Lead development and execution of issues and crisis communications strategy, manage an issues communications team and agency partners, maintain crisis playbooks, draft proactive/reactive messaging, counsel leaders, train stakeholders, and monitor media and policy trends to protect TI's reputation.

Define system-level requirements and specifications for temperature and humidity sensor ICs, collaborate with design, test, and product teams, support customers and field sales with technical guidance, troubleshoot applications in the lab, and create technical documentation including datasheets, VVCMs, and application notes.

Lead product definition and ramp for integrated circuits in power-related areas. Analyze end-equipment trends, support customers and sales, troubleshoot applications, and drive design wins using lab testing, simulations, and schematic analysis.
