Lead and supervise developers to design, develop, test, document, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities. Own CMDB governance, discovery, CI relationships, Discovery application maintenance, and integration with Change Management. Drive roadmap, performance monitoring, architecture decisions, and stakeholder communication to ensure CMDB integrity and process improvements.

Lead cross-functional finance initiatives, perform complex ad-hoc and trend analyses, build financial models, support treasury and banking relationships, contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and capital-raising, and prepare executive and Board-level reporting and recommendations.

Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing processes: conduct market research, analyze large data sets, support and assist contract negotiations, provide analytics and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally. Some travel may be required.

Lead and coordinate accounting initiatives, partner with VP of Accounting, manage enterprise projects (ERP, M&A, automation), drive process improvement, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, resolve accounting issues, prepare executive and board-level reporting, and mentor accounting staff to improve operational consistency and scalability.

Lead enterprise compensation strategy and programs across multiple business units. Architect pay frameworks, govern merit/bonus/LTI programs, provide market benchmarking and analytics, advise senior leaders on executive pay, and build a high-performing compensation team while improving governance and operational delivery.

Lead enterprise talent strategy across performance management, succession planning, leadership and employee development. Advise senior leaders, design scalable talent programs, run talent reviews and operating rhythms, leverage talent analytics, align internal mobility with hiring, optimize talent systems, and build a high-performing Talent & Development team.
