Lead cross-functional people strategy initiatives to improve associate experience: define vision, manage projects end-to-end, analyze data, build executive-ready deliverables, influence senior leaders, and deploy programs, processes, technologies, and incentives at national scale.

Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects: manage schedules, milestones, budgets, capacity, dependencies, risks, and issues; produce status reports and executive dashboards; facilitate ceremonies (kickoffs, UAT, stage gates, governance, vendor syncs); escalate blockers with recommendations; apply Lean and Agile principles to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Provide regulatory guidance across the mortgage business, research and interpret federal/state mortgage rules, test loan transactions, report findings, support remediation, maintain policies, assist with exams, and review consumer-facing materials.

Lead Lennar's Legal & Compliance technology portfolio: own roadmap, vendor selection, CLM delivery, SaaS platform administration, data and AI requirements, integrations, and partner cross-functional delivery while leading a product team and partnering with Legal Operations.
