As a member of our Continuous Improvement team, the Senior Manager, Strategy will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve our business by shaping the direction of our strategy, Performing structured analysis, and deploying new programs, processes, and technologies across our business. This role combines elements of strategy, project management, and technology to make a real impact and drive change across a Fortune 130 business!

Your Responsibilities on the Team 
Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives that shape the direction of Lennar’s business.

  • Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses.

  • Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing business implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.

  • Build executive ready project deliverables.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from data to drive understanding and decision-making.

  • Lead teams through complex, high-impact projects at a national scale.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks.

  • Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations).

  • Sound and structured thinking, with an ability to analyze, problem solve, and turn ambiguous pain points into structured problem statements with hypotheses for solutions and next steps.

  • Empathetic to the needs and contexts of different teams, while understanding what is needed to drive results.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred.

  • 4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time are necessary in this role. This description outlines the basic responsibilities and requirements for the position noted.
