Coordinates professional services pursuits from go/no-go through submission, managing requirements, schedules, stakeholders, document assembly, version control, CRM and Asana data, and RFP compliance. Develops and maintains proposal content, marketing resources, templates, and reusable materials while supporting editing, layouts, resumes, and interview collateral. Identifies gaps, improves processes, guides junior staff, and progressively assumes greater responsibility for content quality and messaging.
