The Senior Business Analyst will oversee compensation administration, financial reporting, and performance analytics while enhancing reporting capabilities through automation and data visualization.

Manage all phases of preconstruction for commercial and industrial projects, overseeing estimating, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Drive cross-functional collaboration, leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency, and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.

Provide front-desk and office coordination for Hillwood Commons: vendor and tenant liaison, office supply and inventory management, invoice coding and expense processing, basic budgeting support, event assistance, and internal communications. Serve as a professional on-site contact, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and help implement office technology and administrative processes.

The Senior Business and Quality Analyst will lead business processes improvement, oversee system design and QA, manage projects, and ensure compliance with quality standards in IT systems.

The Senior Accountant will manage corporate accounting activities, assist in monthly close processes, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy of overhead costs and allocations across various projects.

Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial statements, maintain and report venture capital and partnership investments, reconcile accounts and cash, support lender reporting and budgeting, partner with FP&A on forecasts, perform ad hoc analyses, and improve financial reporting processes across business units.

Prepare and review partnership tax workpapers and federal/state partnership returns, compute estimates and projections, perform fixed asset and depreciation analysis, support tax planning and projections, extract and analyze general ledger data, respond to tax notices, lead process improvement and special projects, and document workflows to improve tax compliance efficiency.
