Oversee finance, valuation, cash flow monitoring, reporting, and controls for an aircraft leasing investment fund. Lead quarterly valuation processes, review and govern DCF models, validate partner and accounting data, prepare forecasts and dashboards, monitor expenses and bank activity, support audits and investor reporting, and improve scalable financial governance and documentation. Manage the Valuation Analyst and serve as the finance liaison among deal teams, operating partners, providers, management, and investors.

Support construction project accounting including month-end close, journal entries, job cost reconciliations between Procore and JD Edwards, contract/change order processing, AP/AR and client billings, cash management, audit support, and monthly management reporting. The Line Operations Specialist supports airfield operations by providing service to pilots and passengers, ensuring efficient aircraft handling and facility readiness. Responsibilities include marshalling, fueling, and maintenance tasks, as well as customer interaction and compliance with regulations.

Manage multi-entity, multi-state payroll processing (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly), reconciliations, garnishments, and payroll-related accounting. Maintain HRIS payroll data (UKG Pro), support onboarding, respond to employee payroll inquiries, ensure compliance with tax and wage laws, and pursue process/system improvements and special payroll projects.

Lead enterprise application and ERP technology initiatives across EMEA from initiation through stabilization. Manage project plans, scope, risks, budgets, stakeholders and delivery. Perform business analysis: gather requirements, map processes, create functional specs, support UAT and deployments. Drive cross-functional collaboration, leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency, and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.
