Lead and execute procurement for offshore subsea EPC projects, managing sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, vendor management, expediting, logistics, cost control, and compliance with ADNOC and UAE requirements. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project controls to ensure timely delivery of long-lead items and procurement packages.
