The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead delivery of major infrastructure programs and projects within a client-side environment. You will play a key role in influencing outcomes across the project lifecycle by working collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Success in this role will rely on your ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders including asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators, and community representatives. You will navigate competing priorities and expectations to drive alignment, manage risk, budget and achieve successful project outcomes.
As a key member of this team, you will be required to:
- Ensure key projects and programs are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
- Lead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.
- Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.
Who are you?
To succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:
- Demonstrated experience in a client-side or consultant Senior PM capacity
- Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting
