Hands-on technical leader for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing extensions, integrations, reporting, and automation across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Lead architecture and solution design, ensure upgrade-safe and secure implementations, troubleshoot complex production issues, drive continuous improvement, mentor developers, and support governance within Agile/SAFe delivery teams.

Lead technology-related SOX controls for financial reporting: scope and test IT controls, assess design and operating effectiveness, document deficiencies and remediation, support SSAE 18/SOC and SOD analyses, guide application change assessments, build stakeholder relationships, and develop direct reports.

Design and coordinate mechanical plant modifications and retrofits for a nuclear facility: develop calculations, update drawings, perform field walkdowns for as-built verification, oversee external A/E deliverables, support project cost/schedule, provide outage design implementation and emergency on-call response, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the AFT Budgeting organization. Produce reports, identify cost savings, develop 5-year budgets, ensure compliance with accounting policies, provide financial guidance and training, build stakeholder relationships, and support storm-response travel and special projects.

Designs and develops custom GIS applications and COTS integrations using the ESRI platform. Produces technical designs, implements, tests, deploys, and supports web and mobile GIS solutions. Troubleshoots production issues, provides on-call support, mentors junior staff, and identifies opportunities to apply automation, ML/AI, and integration technologies. Works within SDLC and Agile practices and collaborates with stakeholders to meet performance and functionality requirements.

Source equipment, materials, and services; administer contracts; manage supplier relationships; run RFQs/RFPs and bid evaluations; negotiate terms; coordinate shipments and expediting; support PIM, SAFER, and SMS programs including emergency response training and drills; maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with PIM policies and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B QA requirements.

Designs, develops, and supports integrations and extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud and related enterprise systems. Implements middleware, APIs, data transformations, and security/authentication. Troubleshoots production issues, writes tests and documentation, uses GitHub and CI/CD workflows, and applies AI-assisted development tools. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver HR technology solutions and maintain integration reliability.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Metering Services and AMI/MDM teams, coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, timekeeping, expenses, invoices, records, access, and training logistics for ~250 employees. Maintain SharePoint and confidential files, support onboarding and restricted-facility access, administer clerical testing when required, and assist with storm-restoration or other off-hours needs.
