Prepare monthly recurring journal entries, overhead allocations, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Compile monthly rolling profitability forecasts and assist with the annual corporate budget. Leads the global HR technology ecosystem, including Oracle Fusion HCM administration, support, optimization, integrations, data governance, reporting, and security. Develops the HR technology roadmap, manages upgrades and transformation initiatives, and evaluates automation and AI-enabled solutions. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to deliver scalable systems. Oversees change management, testing, training, adoption, and a team of four HR technology professionals.

Manage ABS Academy learning programs (ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended), coordinate instructional design and multimedia, verify technical accuracy, oversee delivery logistics and quality, manage academy finances and client training, ensure compliance with ABS Quality and HSQE systems, and support continual improvement and stakeholder communication.

Create, validate, and maintain detailed 3D ship and offshore structure models in PTC Creo from engineering and construction drawings. Perform technical and QA reviews, digitize hull forms, support Windchill PLM uploads and model-based workflows, develop model standards and CAK libraries, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting ABS digital transformation initiatives and compliance requirements.

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom PTC Creo Toolkit (C/C++) applications and Windchill integrations. Create automated CAD workflows, custom UIs, and tools to manage CAD data, metadata, configurations, and lifecycle processes. Support MBD/digital engineering initiatives, troubleshoot complex Creo/Windchill issues, participate in architecture and code reviews, and produce technical documentation and deployment procedures.
