Lead business development for the ferry and RoPax market in Europe by developing and executing BD plans, identifying opportunities across newbuilds, conversions, retrofits, decarbonization and digitalization, building client and stakeholder relationships, supporting proposals and key accounts, representing ABS at industry events, and providing market insight to inform strategy and promote ABS services.

Support clients with planning, development, testing, maintenance of engineering applications. Lead or join technical projects, propose improvements, ensure quality, provide user support, and communicate technical findings.

Lead development and execution of ABS business development strategy for the yacht market. Identify and pursue new-build, refit, sustainability, digitalization, and lifecycle opportunities; build client and industry relationships; support proposals and key account activities; represent ABS at events; monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends; provide market insight to shape services and commercial priorities.

Lead government-focused business development to win new contracts and expand accounts across federal, state, and local agencies. Develop market insight, build relationships with decision-makers, identify and qualify opportunities, lead capture and proposal efforts, coordinate SMEs and pricing, and maintain CRM pipeline. Focus areas include cybersecurity, risk and reliability, safety and mission assurance, and digital/analytics solutions. Significant travel required.

Performs clerical accounting duties including maintaining financial records, reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and recording journal entries, running management reports, recording transactions, and documenting financial processes while identifying and reporting discrepancies.

Lead QA for ship survey and engineering software, managing manual and automated testing, test strategies, CI/CD integration, defect tracking, team mentoring, and quality metrics to ensure timely, compliant releases.

Lead and execute cybersecurity engagement tasks including RMF/A&A support, vulnerability scanning and remediation, system hardening, security control implementation, artifact development (SSPs, POA&Ms), technical analysis and reporting, and technical leadership across multiple client projects while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

Performs detailed engineering design review and analysis for hull or machinery projects with minimal supervision. Provides technical advice, resolves design conflicts, drafts reports, communicates with clients, prepares weekly reports and billing, and implements ABS quality system requirements.

Serve as senior technical expert on complex consulting engagements, lead project planning and execution, perform risk and compliance assessments for maritime clients, develop recommendations, mentor junior staff, maintain client relationships, support business development, and travel frequently to client sites (50%+).

Design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines using LLMs and agent frameworks. Architect multi-agent workflows, integrate with enterprise data platforms, deploy cloud-native LLMOps stacks, implement observability, governance, and security, and mentor teams while shaping AI automation strategy.
