Lead an on-site team of 8–12 Tier II network engineers supporting Intelligence Community communications. Manage operations, maintenance, training, vendor coordination, SLA/SLO compliance, quality control, and process improvement while partnering with design engineers and program leadership.

Lead ServiceNow platform design, deployment, integration, automation, and security for a national security program. Oversee a team implementing ServiceNow on RHEL/Windows, integrate with Cisco/Juniper tools, support RMF A&A, automate deployments (Ansible, Python, Terraform, PowerShell), manage SDLC/Agile processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure documentation, testing, and handoffs to operations.

Outside acquisition sales role owning a local territory to prospect, set appointments, build pipeline, and close small-to-mid market business. Sell AT&T solutions (wireless, fiber, internet, voice, SDN, cybersecurity), manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM activity, and collaborate with office team when not in the field.

Operate and maintain enterprise firewalls and network security: configure McAfee and Palo Alto devices, create firewall rules, troubleshoot routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper/ASA), support implementations and after-hours work, perform network testing, Splunk-based analysis, and report network status. Must meet required clearance and experience thresholds.

Provide Tier 3 support for a 24x7 NOC: monitor and maintain LAN/MAN/WAN/optical networks, troubleshoot and isolate faults, manage network hardware/software, support voice/video services, proactively identify and mitigate network risks, and use ticketing and network management tools to resolve incidents.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications and integrations (including SIP/real‑time communications). Implement backend logic, databases, and RESTful APIs, optimize performance, perform QA and troubleshooting, document requirements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on a government customer site to meet mission needs.
