Investigate and adjust minor PIP and MedPay claims through resolution. Responsibilities include contacting insureds, medical providers, and attorneys; obtaining statements; coordinating medical examinations; setting reserves; paying medical bills; identifying fraud indicators; and maintaining accurate claim files in a high-volume environment.

Handles inbound customer calls regarding underwriting, billing, policy changes, program inquiries, and corporate matters. Investigates issues, navigates policy management systems, applies judgment to resolve complex scenarios, and delivers accurate, personalized support. The role requires meeting performance metrics, collaborating across departments, managing daily tasks, and contributing to process improvements. Leads regional inside sales supervisors and support staff, driving coaching, talent development, sales performance, agency growth, pipeline management, territory execution, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyzes sales and engagement data, improves workflows and CRM utilization, supports key agency relationships, and provides strategic recommendations. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, significant sales leadership experience, and proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Handles inbound support for insureds and agents, including billing inquiries, endorsements, document requests, cancellations, payments, and policy retention. Reviews suspense items, verifies information, assesses commercial auto risk, and makes coverage decisions under company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Builds agency relationships, communicates underwriting requirements, supports bilingual customers, maintains compliance, and meets productivity, service-level, and quality goals.

Supervise and mentor 6–8 liability and casualty claims adjusters. Conduct audits, enforce company and legal requirements, provide claims authority, manage reserving and loss adjustment expenses, improve processes and training, support retention, recognize performance, and handle performance management.

Manages front desk coverage and visitor reception while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office. Coordinates supplies, deliveries, facilities vendors, and shared spaces. Provides administrative support to Sales Operations, including travel and fleet bookings, marketing supplies, event logistics, agent documentation, accounting reports, HR events, and invoice processing. Requires strong organization, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will test applications, maintain test cases, work with stakeholders, and improve QA processes, focusing on both manual and automated testing.

The Claims Adjuster Trainee will undergo training to prepare for the Adjuster Level 1 role, focusing on property and casualty claims management.
