Manage approximately 300 insurance agency partners, conduct outbound calls to inactive agencies, rebuild relationships, promote AssuranceAmerica products, identify new business opportunities, track engagement and sales activity, address agent questions, and meet outreach and production goals.

Supports claims system operations through helpdesk ticket management, stakeholder coordination, user-acceptance testing, system configuration, reporting, data validation, user access, and project tracking. The role resolves routine issues, documents testing, maintains configurable claims content, and assists with system and data-related operational needs.

Completes training and prepares for promotion to Claims Adjuster Level 1 while obtaining an Alabama property and casualty adjuster license. Investigates coverage, liability, and damages; reserves, negotiates, and settles assigned claims under supervision. Provides timely, fair service to claimants and other involved parties while following policy contracts and claims best practices.

Investigate and adjust minor PIP and MedPay claims through resolution. Responsibilities include contacting insureds, medical providers, and attorneys; obtaining statements; coordinating medical examinations; setting reserves; paying medical bills; identifying fraud indicators; and maintaining accurate claim files in a high-volume environment.

Supervises total loss claims operations, including claim assignment, quality audits, settlement approvals, escalations, title and salvage processing, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking. Provides technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to adjusters; monitors workloads and cycle times; reports departmental metrics; and leads process improvements. Serves as the escalation point for complex total loss claims and supports staffing and operational objectives.

Manages front desk coverage and visitor reception while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office. Coordinates supplies, deliveries, facilities vendors, and shared spaces. Provides administrative support to Sales Operations, including travel and fleet bookings, marketing supplies, event logistics, agent documentation, accounting reports, HR events, and invoice processing. Requires strong organization, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Serve as the primary inbound contact for agents and policyholders, resolving underwriting, billing, and policy issues. Use policy management systems to troubleshoot, apply sound judgment to underwriting exceptions, meet KPIs, collaborate across teams, and pursue continuous improvement and potential career advancement.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned insurance agents through outbound/inbound calls, training, onboarding, and collaboration with field teams. Drive quota attainment, document interactions, resolve issues, and support sales administration and special projects. Occasional travel and office presence required.
