Make outbound calls to hotels, senior living, and lodging locations to identify and develop DIRECTV sales opportunities. Oversee daily sales operations, CRM-driven reporting, forecasting, pipeline health, and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally, provide coaching and performance management, and participate in sales and account development to drive revenue growth across multiple products and partner channels.

Design immersive, performance-driven simulations and training using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Collaborate with SMEs and operations to mirror real call flows, deploy content to an LMS (SCORM/xAPI), analyze feedback, and support rollout. Bilingual Spanish a plus; travel required.

Lead and build a national team to grow DIRECTV sales in multi-dwelling-unit (MDU) properties. Develop strategy, training, and materials; cultivate property-management and resident relationships; recruit and manage internal and dealer teams; serve as the MDU DIRECTV subject-matter expert to increase revenue across the existing portfolio.
