Perform project engineering and test activities for Portable Life Support System (PLSS) spacesuit hardware. Design and assemble test configurations, execute DVT/TVAC and integration tests, troubleshoot hardware issues, review drawings/specifications to NASA standards, and produce test reports, hazard analyses, procedures, and technical documentation.

Lead cyber systems engineering for underwater systems: evaluate and implement cybersecurity requirements, characterize attack surfaces, design system-level security architecture and countermeasures, advise on RMF/NIST compliance, support testing and audits, prepare reports, and coordinate cross-discipline cyber activities.

Prepare 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing/weldment/assembly/general arrangement drawings, hydraulic/electrical schematics, layouts and P&IDs. Apply drafting standards, estimate time, use PLM (Enovia/EPDM) and CAD tools to execute project tasks to KPI, collaborate cross-functionally, and support manufacturing and design deliverables.

Process US and global payrolls accurately and confidentially: enter and validate employee data, reconcile payroll to general ledger and bank statements, manage taxes and garnishments (via ADP), support audits and year-end, handle payroll inquiries, maintain SOPs, and assist on payroll projects and testing.

Support tendering and quoting for offshore projects by preparing bids, cost spreadsheets, and proposals; review basic contracts; coordinate internal inputs and approvals; manage commercial databases; advise on contractual obligations; prepare deviations, handovers, and bid review presentations; communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant tender responses.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain mission design simulation software and tools for NASA and commercial programs. Implement software lifecycle practices, CI/CD, source control, coding standards, and documentation. Support bringing and maintaining mission design software to Class C per NPR 7150.2. Collaborate with NASA civil servants and contractor teams and provide recommendations to improve software design and processes.

Provide legal counsel on U.S. Government contracts and compliance (FAR/DFARS/ITAR); draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage disputes, claims, and investigations; advise on labor/employment matters; serve as legal business partner to VP/GMs; promote compliance and deliver training and policy recommendations.

Develop, own, and maintain a PLC/C++ based hardware-software system through the software lifecycle. Produce documentation, unit and qualification tests, support factory/offsite/offshore testing, interface with engineering team, understand requirements and present results to stakeholders. Occasional after-hours work and demanding schedules expected.

Design, develop, and govern enterprise Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse models, and SPFx customizations. Administer environments, DLP, security, and compliance. Integrate with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks), automate with PowerShell, mentor citizen developers, and drive platform adoption and best practices.

Lead engineering work for PLSS spacesuit design, development, test, manufacture and certification. Analyze requirements, design test configurations, troubleshoot integration issues, review drawings/specifications to meet NASA standards, and produce test reports, hazard analyses, procedures, and TPS documentation.
