Generate qualified appointments and MRR by prospecting (calls, emails, social), researching with ZoomInfo, and using HubSpot to track leads. Onsite network engineer providing primary networking support at a single client site: administer and troubleshoot routed/switched environments, wireless, DNS/DHCP, firewall handoff, and VM/backups. Perform root-cause analysis, documentation, escalation, and coordinate remediation with vendors and internal teams. Support adjacent infrastructure (VMware, backups, servers) and ensure change validation and recovery readiness.
