Leads enterprise Design Execution for mission-critical data center projects from design handoff through construction, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness. Manages engineering teams, consultants, contractors, governance, technical standards, field issue resolution, infrastructure upgrades, and lifecycle improvements. Provides leadership for electrical and mechanical systems, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors project performance, and translates field lessons into future design standards. Requires substantial mission-critical engineering, team leadership, project management, and data center infrastructure experience.

Leads change enablement for complex, high-risk data center operational changes. Identifies root causes of failures, designs controls and standards, establishes readiness and approval gates, analyzes incidents and change metrics, creates MOPs and SOPs, and coaches cross-functional teams on reliable change practices.

Leads regional response to active data center incidents, establishing objectives, coordinating technical and operational teams, managing escalations, and driving events through mitigation, restoration, and closure. Maintains clear communications with stakeholders, coordinates root cause analysis, and supports post-incident reporting for customer communications. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication, cross-functional coordination, incident management expertise, and the ability to lead without direct authority.

Supports suppliers manufacturing medium- and low-voltage power distribution equipment for data center projects. Responsibilities include supplier vetting, manufacturing readiness and capacity assessments, quality monitoring, site evaluations, performance reviews, sourcing escalations, and resolution of manufacturing and product issues. The role collaborates with engineering, sourcing, contractors, suppliers, and construction teams and requires 25–50% domestic travel.

Manages accounts receivable billing operations, including invoice generation, payment processing, account reconciliation, refunds, delinquency notices, and billing adjustments. Investigates and resolves customer discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end close, and ensures audit and revenue-control compliance. Collaborates with customers and internal teams while using JD Edwards, Salesforce, Excel, and other systems to manage high-volume billing processes.

Lead strategic revenue growth across hyperscale and enterprise accounts. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, manage complex multi-year sales pursuits, negotiate commercial agreements, maintain forecasts, and partner with engineering, operations, finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams. Represent Switch at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events while identifying expansion opportunities, alliances, and ecosystem partnerships.

Supports manufacturing and delivery of mechanical cooling equipment for data centers. Evaluates supplier readiness, production capacity, manufacturing processes, quality, and field performance; identifies improvements; manages supplier reviews and issue resolution; and collaborates with engineering, sourcing, construction, suppliers, and contractors. Requires 25–50% domestic travel to supplier facilities and construction sites.

Leads Switch’s CRM and sales systems strategy, Salesforce roadmap, governance, data quality, integrations, reporting, and user enablement. Manages CRM administration, sales systems, data operations, and support teams while partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders. Improves pipeline management, forecasting, sales productivity, automation, system adoption, compliance, and business performance through scalable processes and technology solutions.

Owns complex electrical engineering issues throughout data center construction, commissioning, energization, and startup. Reviews electrical designs, studies, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions; leads root cause analysis and develops remediation plans. Supports commissioning, permitting, AHJ coordination, and technical issue resolution across engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and OEMs. Improves designs and standards using field lessons, mentors engineers, and makes data-driven decisions balancing safety, reliability, quality, schedule, cost, and constructability.

Owns complex electrical engineering issues through data center construction, commissioning, energization, and startup. Reviews electrical designs, studies, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions; leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis; develops remediation plans; supports commissioning, permitting, and AHJ coordination; and improves engineering standards. Collaborates across design, construction, commissioning, operations, supply chain, OEMs, and vendors while mentoring engineers and making safety-, reliability-, cost-, and schedule-conscious technical decisions.
