Develop and customize Dynamics 365 sales management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Implement automations and integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and support deployments and maintenance. Role is mid-to-senior level, requires advanced English; Monterrey hybrid or remote for other locations.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex; implement declarative automation; own end-to-end module delivery in two-week sprints; manage DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, GCP); ensure code quality, testing (≥85% Apex coverage), documentation, and post-go-live support while resolving performance, security, and technical debt.

Administer and configure Coupa S2C/P2P and CLM modules, build workflows, templates and reports, translate business requirements into Coupa configurations, support day-to-day production and UAT, collaborate on ERP and supplier integrations, and maintain documentation and user adoption.

Maintain and optimize production Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters; automate infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational workflows; implement SRE best practices for monitoring, observability, and incident response; identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks; collaborate with development and operations teams.

Implement and configure SAP FI/CO modules across full project lifecycles. Design finance and controlling processes, handle integrations with SD/MM/PP, support product costing scenarios, and collaborate with business and IT in multicultural teams.

Design, build, and scale high-performance backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot on GCP. Implement OAuth2 authentication, optimize PostgreSQL queries, develop microservices, integrate with BigQuery and SAP, contribute to CI/CD and observability, and collaborate in Agile teams while advocating migration to Java 21 features.

Design, build, and maintain manual and automated end-to-end tests for front-end and back-end APIs. Use Cucumber BDD, Postman, Jenkins, and SQL to validate functionality, data integrity, and performance across cloud-native and big-data environments (GCP/BigQuery). Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, track defects in Jira, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure continuous quality.
