NEORIS is a Digital accelerator that helps companies enter the future, having 20 years of experience as Digital Partners of some of the largest companies in the world. We have more than 4,000 professionals in 11 countries, with our multicultural startup culture where we cultivate innovation, continuous learning to create high-value solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will independently architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions across LWC, Apex, and declarative tooling while collaborating closely with IT Leads to ship production-ready features every two-week sprint. You will play a key role in shaping our DevOps practices and platform integration strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) following best practices for performance, accessibility, and reusability.
- Write robust, well-tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Build and optimize declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
- Collaborate with IT Leads to decompose requirements into sprint-ready stories and deliver high-quality features on a 2-week cadence.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules — from technical design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines including source control, CI/CD, environment management, and release coordination.
- Champion code quality through peer code reviews, unit testing (Apex test classes ≥ 85% coverage), and adherence to governor limits.
- Contribute to technical documentation including design specs, deployment runbooks, and developer guidelines.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt proactively.
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce Development
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) including custom events, wire service, and platform events.
- Advanced Apex development: OOP design patterns, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), SOQL/SOSL optimization.
- Deep experience with Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Permission Sets.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security.
- Ability to independently analyse requirements and deliver full-stack Salesforce solutions without day-to-day supervision.
Agile & Collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering features within 2-week Agile/Scrum sprints.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with IT Leads, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent for sprint planning and documentation.
