Align learning to sales processes, assess skill gaps, adopt innovative and AI-enabled training tools, measure program ROI, partner cross-functionally, and develop sales leaders and teams to improve productivity and readiness.

Provide benefits administration support for clients using the benefits module in iSolved. Manage benefits communications, training, vendor integrations, ACA reporting, and process improvements. Act as SME for TES product offerings, audit plan setups, support onboarding, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely enrollments and client satisfaction.
