Field-based territory sales role covering Greater Montreal. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and end users. Provides financial analysis, US GAAP accounting oversight, SOX compliance, monthly close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, cost accounting and manufacturing accounting guidance, and support for M&A and integration. Leads accounting and FP&A teams across regions to drive process improvements, standardization, and business decision support.

Lead plant accounting for assigned manufacturing site including P&L ownership, month/quarter/annual close, reconciliations, variance and inventory analysis, forecasting and budgeting, fixed asset and GRIR management. Support audits, drive continuous improvement, prepare reporting packages, and partner with operations and corporate functions to ensure accurate financial controls and decision-support.

Supervise a small team supporting and configuring SAP FI/CO and related modules, lead S/4HANA migrations and ERP upgrades, manage integrations with third-party finance tools, ensure GAAP/IFRS/SOX compliance, support month-/year-end close, and deliver large-scale finance system projects with business users and process owners.
