The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, posts journal entries, reconciles accounts and bank statements, prepares financial statements, monitors expenses and cash flow, supports audits, maintains internal controls, and ensures accounting compliance. The role also collaborates across departments and assists with process automation projects. Candidates should have 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PIONEER RX experience is preferred.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies approvals and documentation, reconciles vendor statements and accounts payable aging to the general ledger, maintains vendor records, resolves payment discrepancies, responds to vendor inquiries, verifies shipping-related invoices, supports audits, and assists with month-end close activities.

Manages the Curant Rare program as the primary contact for patients, physicians, pharmacy partners, and client accounts. Maintains stakeholder relationships, gathers partner needs, coordinates internal teams, leads business reviews, develops account plans, and monitors program performance, revenue, payer opportunities, NPS, and satisfaction metrics. Ensures contracted operational commitments and program procedures are consistently delivered while supporting rare-disease pharmacy outcomes.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data solutions (Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake). Optimize SQL/C# data processing, implement data validation and CI/CD, leverage AI tools to automate workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and support SharePoint environments.

Performs general accounting activities, including journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset and prepaid account maintenance, depreciation and amortization calculations, financial reporting, audit support, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing assistance. Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions while researching discrepancies and maintaining compliance with accounting policies and GAAP.

Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for pharmacy staff: conducts needs assessments, creates eLearning and instructor-led materials, facilitates sessions, maintains training records, and supports workflow/technology implementations.

The Data Quality Analyst will validate data accuracy, develop automated testing frameworks, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate on data governance with stakeholders.

Provide internal IT helpdesk and infrastructure support including server maintenance, Office 365, user account provisioning, desktop and conference room setup, ticket resolution, backups, security monitoring, network printer support, website maintenance, and IT inventory. Participate in on-call rotations, create documentation, and recommend automation or new technologies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Coordinate marketing materials, inventory, events, social media calendars, campaigns, and content projects. Support trade shows and community events including logistics, registration, setup, breakdown, and follow-up. Maintain trackers, proofread and update collateral, and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
