Lead finance transformation projects to modernize FP&A using automation and AI. Partner with global stakeholders to identify improvements, build reports, dashboards, and automated workflows, analyze financial and operational data for trends and quality issues, and manage project planning, implementation, risks, and change adoption.

Leads functional safety strategy and alignment for autonomous mobile robot products across software, hardware, services, and operations. Defines safety processes, policies, templates, and best practices; interprets applicable standards; oversees residual risk management and customer safety documentation; investigates incidents; participates in standards committees; collaborates with customers and global stakeholders; and mentors engineers on hazard analysis, risk assessment, safety requirements, and functional safety principles.

Design, code, and modify SAP applications for Global Revenue Management. Develop technical specs, perform unit/integration testing, support UAT and production releases, build RICEF objects, troubleshoot IDoc/RFC/web service/OData issues, and follow RA IT Agile development standards.

Plans, controls, and manages automation and technology projects from order receipt through customer acceptance. Leads project teams and third-party vendors, manages schedules, resources, budgets, margins, contracts, proposals, change orders, and customer relationships. Oversees project portfolios, stakeholder communications, P&L, quality, compliance, and delivery outcomes while coordinating engineering and support functions. Frequent customer-site work may involve industrial plants, ships, confined spaces, and other unusual environments.

Design, implement, and commission advanced analytics and model predictive control (MPC) applications to improve product quality, capacity, and energy usage. Perform process assessment, data analysis, mathematical modeling, system integration, hardware support, commissioning, and customer-facing support. Provide application health checks, support sales and market development activities, document best practices, and maintain billable utilization. Travel up to 50% and comply with customer safety requirements.

Supports EMEA treasury operations including cash monitoring, funding transfers, liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank account administration, compliance requests, intercompany settlements, and treasury projects. The role collaborates with international teams and banking partners, maintains bank portal data, supports cash pooling and treasury management systems, and contributes to process improvements and reporting.
