Manage and mentor a 15–20 person hardware engineering team to deliver industrial control products (PLCs, I/O, communications) from concept to production. Own requirements, architecture, design execution, verification, certification, and production readiness while driving engineering excellence, cross-functional alignment, process improvements, and predictable program delivery.

Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize Generative AI and LLM solutions for supply chain operations. Build RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agent workflows, Python services, and Azure AI architectures. Establish evaluation, testing, monitoring, governance, and deployment practices while ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to validate use cases, coordinate testing, gather feedback, and enable low-code practitioners and subject matter experts.

Leads product and platform investment definition, prioritization, roadmaps, and feature backlogs across Agile Release Trains. Connects business strategy, customer needs, and engineering execution while coordinating stakeholders across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams. Removes delivery barriers, resolves issues, supports predictable objectives, and helps implement product strategy and annual operating plans. The role is hybrid in Mequon, Wisconsin, with travel up to 10%.

Drive product compliance and certification for VFDs: manage UL/CSA, IEC/EN and environmental approvals (RoHS/REACH), develop test plans and documentation, lead design reviews, liaise with certification bodies, monitor regulatory trends, and support suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Lead global product strategy and full lifecycle management for Independent Cart Technology products. Define roadmaps, prioritize features, develop business cases, conduct voice-of-customer research, drive adoption and channel strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, supply chain, finance, legal), set pricing, support commercialization, and represent products externally.
