Job Description

The SAFe Product Manager leads the definition, prioritization, and execution of product and platform investments across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will be the primary connection between business strategy, customer needs, and engineering execution, translating market opportunities and stakeholder requirements into actionable development roadmaps and features. You will collaborate with commercial, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program leadership teams to guide investment decisions and ensure delivery of customer and business value.

You will report to the SAFe Team Lead and will work a hybrid schedule based in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the feature backlog and roadmap for product development projects according to our priorities
  • Manage the alignment between Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Agile Release Train feature backlog for development projects
  • Work with multiple stakeholders inside the business and development teams to set a direction for implementation and balance priorities
  • Work with multiple stakeholders outside the business segment to coordinate implementation plans with aligned products
  • Work with development teams to break down implementation barriers and coordinate resolution of issues with necessary stakeholders
  • Guide the development team in achieving predictable, high-quality objectives by responding to issues and making quick decisions
  • Develop intuitive familiarity with product, technology, R&D, and market factors to collaborate across technical and commercial teams
  • Manage several simultaneous projects related to the efficiency of the Agile release train.
  • Assist the Commercial Business Management and Product Management as assigned in responsibilities required to meet global business unit and department goals.
  • Assist the Business in implementing and achieving the global business unit Product strategy and Annual Operating Plan.
  • Partner with and coordinates through Product Management to resolve complex internal/external customer problems with broad and long-term possible effects; and respond with urgency to needs and deliver cost-effective quality solutions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 2 years of related experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of, or experience with Rockwell Automation drives and software products
  • Demonstrated working within a matrix environment to achieve multiple simultaneous goals
  • You will communicate complex sets of information in simple ways to multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Understanding of business profit and loss responsibility
