Design and build simulator architecture and products for autonomy domains using C++ and Python. Own technical and product decisions, produce design documents, balance performance with robustness, and work closely with users to gather feedback.

Lead end-to-end industrial design for hardware used with autonomy software: sketching, CAD, prototyping, CMF strategy, human factors, and cross-functional collaboration to ship features in five-week cycles.

Design and maintain POSIX-based middleware and embedded software across OS, middleware, and hardware layers. Build scalable, deterministic solutions for real-time and safety-critical automotive systems, work with Linux/QNX/VxWorks and IPC frameworks, and perform system bring-up, debugging, and profiling on hardware prototypes.

Develop and scale Axion and Acuity defense products; build full-stack features for off-road navigation, sensor fusion, and mission planning; collaborate with robotics, computer vision, and defense stakeholders; deploy software to edge systems and influence product roadmap.

Design, analyze, integrate, and validate mechanical systems for self-driving vehicles, including external sensor suites, compute assemblies, and interiors. Perform structural and thermal analysis, hardware testing and reliability, hands-on validation, prototyping, and documentation. Work cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and scalability of vehicle hardware.

Lead cross-functional, multi-workstream customer programs from concept to execution for enterprise automotive customers. Act as primary customer-facing technical contact, coordinate engineering/product/sales teams, manage escalations, communicate status to executives, and prioritize engineering resources to deliver simulation, validation, and autonomy solutions.

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product, Customer), manage complex releases and milestones, engage customers for requirements, adjust timelines and resources, and ensure successful completion of deliverables and metrics.
