Manages the company accounts payable function, including supervising 4–6 employees, administering AP systems, overseeing vendor payments and 1099 reporting, resolving accounting issues, supporting procure-to-pay activities, and ensuring accurate financial records. Leads continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies such as Kaizen, value stream mapping, and A3. Partners with internal departments and vendors while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and strong accounting controls.

Supports corporate learning programs through LMS administration, instructional design, eLearning development, training facilitation, onboarding coordination, reporting, employee support, and learning event management. Administers Workday Learning and Percipio, develops content with Articulate tools, facilitates virtual and in-person training, coordinates vendors and logistics, maintains learning records, and improves learner experiences. The role partners with HR, leaders, and subject matter experts and is based in Dallas with occasional travel.
