Provide administrative support to Payroll and HR, assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and timesheet verification, track leaves of absence, maintain HRIS and employee records, own new hire onboarding, respond to payroll and HR inquiries, support reporting and general HR/Payroll administrative tasks, and serve as backup for payroll and leave tracking.

Lead corporate accounting and consolidation functions including month/quarter/year-end close, consolidated financial statements (GAAP/IFRS), policy and control development, auditor relations, financial systems implementation, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Manage month-end close and financial reporting for regional partnerships: review revenues/expenses, record adjustments and allocations, approve invoices, calculate clinic bonuses, prepare reconciliations and audit schedules, produce operational and financial trend analyses, respond to partner inquiries, and support regional M&A integrations.

Provide regional HR administrative support: maintain employee records in Workday and UKG, perform high-volume HRIS data entry, manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding (including I-9s and background checks), handle HR service requests, support field managers, monitor compliance (licenses/certifications), and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and other teams.
