Manage all REO property management and disposition activities, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and vendor/employee performance. Lead and coach a team, monitor performance metrics and dashboards, approve timesheets/PTO, and implement process improvements. Maintain reporting standards and stay current on mortgage servicing laws and audit requirements.

Lead and deliver complex business and technology projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication. Use Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in technical environments, coordinate UAT and implementations, produce status/metrics, and align deliverables with business benefits.

Plan and manage software releases, obtain executive and Change Control Board approvals, coordinate UAT/QA handoffs, maintain release documentation, track risks, communicate status across teams, and support release process improvements and troubleshooting.
