Supports the Human Resources team across recruiting and sourcing, learning and development, employee initiatives, and compensation activities. Partners with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Talent Consultants, assists with training delivery, reviews job descriptions and compensation data, and gains hands-on exposure to HR practices in the financial services industry.

Supports Finance teams with clerical and administrative tasks, monthly financial analysis, projections, revenue and expense trend identification, performance reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
