Leads insurance compliance operations for a commercial loan servicing portfolio, overseeing team performance, portfolio risk, audits, investor requirements, remediation, and regulatory compliance. Develops policies, controls, reporting, training, and process improvements while partnering with servicing, asset management, risk, legal, IT, and product teams. Manages lender-placed insurance, investor-specific requirements, system testing, and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires advanced commercial insurance expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to mitigate collateral and compliance risk.

Supports the Internal Audit team by coordinating PBC requests in Optro, performing audit testing, reporting assignment status, drafting findings and recommendations, following up on open findings, and maintaining audit documentation. Manages Talent Acquisition operations from requisition approval through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding. Administers Workday Recruiting, coordinates complex interviews and offers, maintains recruiting data and process controls, supports recruiters and hiring managers, and facilitates pre-employment activities. Partners with HRIS, Compensation, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to resolve issues, improve workflows, ensure compliance, and deliver an accurate, confidential, high-quality candidate experience.

Reviews commercial loan insurance policies for compliance with loan documents, investor requirements, and lender standards. Analyzes coverage, limits, deductibles, and regional perils; communicates with borrowers, agents, and brokers to resolve deficiencies and bind adequate coverage. Monitors renewals, deadlines, portfolio status, regulatory changes, and service inquiries while using servicing and office software to complete insurance reviews.

Manage technical accounting and policy for the company and subsidiaries, including transaction research, acquisitions, divestitures, new accounting guidance, and US GAAP reporting. Coordinate accounting conclusions across satellite offices, review technical memoranda, and collaborate with internal and external auditors. The role requires CPA certification, extensive accounting experience, strong US GAAP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Coordinates corporate conferences, client events, webinars, and related marketing initiatives. Manages event logistics, vendors, venues, timelines, budgets, promotional inventory, company store operations, memberships, sponsorship deliverables, attendee communications, and post-event reporting. Supports website, intranet, social media, and compliance activities while maintaining project plans and stakeholder communications. Requires strong organization, communication, detail management, and the ability to coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
