The Director of Infrastructure & Public Finance will source high-yield private credit investments, drive portfolio growth through risk underwriting, and leverage relationships in real estate. The role requires extensive experience in investment banking or real estate transactions.

Lead operational strategy and execution for multifamily investment sales, optimize transaction workflows, compliance, and processes, coordinate budgeting and financial tracking, support broker onboarding, collaborate with marketing/research/technology, build scalable systems and performance metrics, and serve as liaison between brokers, leadership, and corporate functions to drive growth and efficiency.
